1. License and Accreditation

Nairobi Premier Medical Center is fully licensed by the Kenya Medical Practitioners Board under license number KMpb-2024-0420. Our facility meets all requirements set by the Kenyan Ministry of Health for private medical practices.

2. Patient Rights and Responsibilities

All patients at our Nairobi clinic have the right to:

• Receive quality medical care from licensed practitioners
• Privacy and confidentiality of medical records
• Informed consent for all procedures and treatments
• Access their medical records upon request
• Receive clear explanations of diagnoses and treatment options

3. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

We strictly adhere to Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019. All patient information including medical records, personal data, and payment information is protected with industry-standard security measures.

Patient information will never be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by Kenyan law or in emergency medical situations.

4. Payment and Insurance Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless:

• Prior arrangements have been made with our billing department
• You are covered by one of our accepted insurance providers
• You qualify for our payment plan options

We accept all major insurance providers operating in Kenya including NHIF.

5. Appointment Cancellation Policy

To better serve all our patients in Nairobi, we require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

6. Emergency Medical Services

Our emergency department in Upper Hill, Nairobi operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In life-threatening situations, patients will be stabilized and treated regardless of ability to pay or insurance status.
